Come and hear Natalie Fisher talk about the creation of her recent book ‘Ghozah’, as it takes you on an expedition to Morocco, Uzbekistan and Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. In her book, Natalie illustrates how she has drawn on glorious Islamic architecture and decorative tile work to inspire her contemporary needlepoint tapestry. The book also contains a small achievable project inspired by the floral motifs from the mammoth carpet that adorns the main prayer hall in the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
